Computerized force testers measure loads on all compression springs we produce.
We measure the physical characteristics of our compression springs using standard dimensional gauges like micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
We use SPC standards to monitor and control spring forces and all customer-designated critical characteristics during production.
We prepare Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Process Flow & Control documents with data initiated in the design manufacturability review to ensure we’re on track at every step.
Our comprehensive Workmanship Standards apply to all visual characteristics of the compression springs we produce, with video microscopes used to assist in the visual inspection process.
Every coil of wire we purchase comes with material certification, ensuring lot traceability all the way back to the spring mill.
