AWP will provide a complete computerized design review of every part quoted. This is intended to provide you with a clear understanding of our view of the design before the part is ordered and tooled. No one knows your application better than you do. We can however, utilize our computer program to assist in the design stages and provide feedback as to the spring's produceability.
AWP will provide samples from production tooling in an average of 10 working days from the date of the order. Layout data and capability studies will be provided as requested.
It is AWP's belief that to produce a quality product, consistent and repeatable from shipment to shipment, tight plant process control includes the focal point of all quality, the tooling. In an industry where common tooling is the norm, AWP has made a corporate decision that each part will have production tooling and grinding fixtures dedicated to the production of that part for the life of the program.
