These steps outline the general flow of product at AWP. Not all springs require all these operations.
We integrate step A, B and C where many other companies do not. Many companies separate step C as a batch process. Many others also separate stress relieving into batch processes. We integrate steps A, B and C to obtain consistent quality parts. Integrating stress relieving and utilizing in-line ovens allows for immediate feedback and processing adjustment.
