Our process is designed to manufacture compression springs in a continuous flow process. Coilers (mechanical and CNC) are equipped with probes and monitoring systems to measure spring free length 100% on line as the parts are coiled. The parts flow immediately into in-line stress relief ovens; and then to automated pre-setting equipment and CNC grinders for completion.
- Compression Springs ranging from .008" - .200". Ground lengths 6" Long
- Many types of materials are run with the most common being Music, Chrome Silicon, and Stainless Steel.
This continuous flow process is designed to work within your systems. Blanket orders, Kan Ban releases, MRP and spot buys all benefit from this system by closely producing what you need, when you need it, in quantities that make sense. This flexibility also allows us to quickly respond to those occasional fire drills that will inevitably develop.
